Looking for a fun way to begin your homeschool year that celebrates the freedom to learn together, outside the classroom? Join us for our Not Back to School Picnic at Jaycee Park in Fort Pierce, a beautiful beachside park nestled along the quiet waters of the Indian River Lagoon.
With its pirate-themed playground, sandy shoreline, and picnic tables near the water, this spot is perfect for families with children of all ages. The gentle waves of the lagoon invite wading and exploration, and you may even spot dolphins playing out beyond the swimming area.
We’ll gather for a relaxed day of connection and nature. Our Master Naturalist will be there to share about the unique wildlife and habitats of the Indian River Lagoon.
