Are you looking for a fun way to kick off your school year that reminds you exactly why you chose to homeschool? Then join us for our Not Back to School Picnic, a relaxed day for families to reconnect with old friends, meet new ones, and enjoy the beauty of Florida’s coast.
We’ll be gathering at DuBois Park, one of the real gems of Palm Beach County. Its calm, shallow lagoon is perfect for young children, with a playground nearby and a designated snorkeling area for older kids who want to explore. You never know who might visit while you're there. I've seen manatees, green sea turtles, spotted eagle rays, and a rainbow of tropical fish while snorkeling here. We will meet by the playground.
We’ll have touch tanks set up, and I’ll be there as your Master Naturalist to share about this special place and the wildlife that calls…
